Depositing Funds

To trade on Polymarket, you must first deposit funds into your tread Wallet. Tread wallet is a custodial unified wallet that lets users hold crypto and fund exchange accounts (like Polymarket) without managing private keys. It's built on top of Magic, and supports Ethereum, Solana, Arbitrum, and Polygon.

How to Create and Add Funds to Your Tread Wallet

1. Navigate to the Wallet icon on the top right and select Tread Wallet section

2. If no wallet exists, click "Create Wallet".

3. You get wallet addresses for Ethereum and Solana and more. To see the other addresses you can deposit into click receive.

How to Fund a Polymarket Account

Once you have funds in your Tread Wallet:

1. Select Polymarket from the exchange list in the left panel (or click "Transfer" from the Tread Wallet tab)

2. Select source (Tread Wallet) and destination (Polymarket)

3. Select the token you want to transfer, enter in the amount, review details and confirm.
