# Season 1: Trade, Earn, Vote

### Earn Points

* Earn points by trading and providing liquidity. Points reward meaningful activity on the platform — the more you trade or provide liquidity, the more points you earn.
* A fixed pool of **100,000 points** was allocated each week and split among eligible users.
* **Season 1 concluded on May 18th.**

The Points Program described below page has ended.

### There is no further official information on the points mechanism at this time. Anything outside of these docs or the official tread.fi X account (@tread\_fi) is speculation.
