Referral Program

Invite friends to trade on tread and earn commissions on eligible fees.

Terms

• Eligible Criteria:

  • Referral commissions are earned on executed notional (trading volume) exclusively for the following exchanges:

    • Extended

    • Hyperliquid

    • Nado

    • Pacifica

• Commission rate:

  • 0.004% (0.4 bps) of executed notional on eligible exchanges (mentioned above) by your referred user. This is equivalent to the 20% of the exchange builder fee 2bps.

• Payouts:

  • Max Commission is $1000 per referred user

  • Minimum withdrawal is $500

• Only new users who complete signup using your referral link are eligible.

• Self‑referrals (e.g., multiple accounts for personal use) are not allowed and may result in forfeiture of rewards.

• We may update program rules, eligibility, rates, or payout policies at any time.

How it works

• Your referral link is automatically generated after you set up your account

• Share your link with friends

• When they sign up, they’re automatically attributed to you.

• Earn commissions as they trade on Eligible Exchanges

Retroactive Referral Linking

• One-time attribution: If a user forgets to use a referral link during initial signup, they may manually link their account to a referrer. This action is permitted once per account.

• How to link: Navigate to Settings > Referred by to enter the referral code or link.

Payouts and tracking

• KPIs shown on the Referral page:

  • Pending Earnings: projected commissions to date.

  • Available Earnings: $0 until payouts launch (min. $500 to withdraw).

  • Lifetime Earnings: cumulative projected earnings to date.

• “Referrals” tab lists all referred users with masked IDs and registration dates.

• Statistics may have a short delay; values are displayed in USD in the dashboard.

• Modification of terms: tread.fi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program, including but not limited to program rules, eligibility requirements, commission rates, payout policies, and these terms and conditions, at any time and without prior notice. Continued participation in the referral program after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Privacy and Data Visibility

• Only aggregated activity is shown: your referrer sees high-level totals (e.g., eligible Hyperliquid fees/volume) and registration date. No individual trades, orders, positions, or token balances are visible.

• Referrers cannot see your trade details or assets. Your username and email are masked on their dashboard.

• Referees (the friends you invite) cannot see your trades or assets either.

• Personally identifiable info is redacted in referral lists.
