Submitting a Kalshi Order
The order entry UI is the same as Polymarket and HIP-4.
Kalshi markets are reached via Predict in the top navigation bar, Kalshi tab.
Pick an event and an outcome. Each event has a price-history chart and one or more markets underneath it. Kalshi outcomes are always Yes / No.
Choose an order type. The supported types are the same as the other prediction venues:
Market executes immediately against the best available prices.
Limit sets the price (in cents, where 1 cent = 1% probability) you are willing to pay or receive.
VWAP, TWAP and Aggressive Maker are available under the Algo tab.
Select your Kalshi account from the dropdown at the top of the panel. If you have not connected one yet, see Connecting and Funding (Kalshi).
Enter trade size, either by dollar amount or by number of contracts. Your available balance shows next to the field and turns red if you exceed it.
Before submitting, the form shows Total (USD cost) and To profit (your return if the outcome resolves Yes) for buys, or Est. return for sells.
