Admin Panel Overview & Access

What is the Admin Panel?

The Admin Panel is the control center to manage users and their trade permissions across your enterprise.

Youu manage your organization’s access: which people belong to which teams, which exchange accounts each team can use, and who can trade vs only view. When someone joins, moves teams, or leaves, you update that here.

This is only accessible for our enterprise/institutional users.

Access:

  • Only two kinds of accounts can open the Admin Panel:

    • Staff: Think of this as compliance staff members. They have the ability to manage admin for day‑to‑day operations (users, teams, accounts, limits, keys, orders), but cannot create/delete superusers, and cannot give themselves trading in a group.

    • Superuser: Highly recommended to keep the number of superusers to 1 person or as limited as possible. This should be granted only to the organizational head. Think of this role as the overall head of the compliance department.

Each account has one role: Staff or Superuser (never both). Your organization decides who gets which role when accounts are created or edited in the Admin Panel. Any conversations on access to the admin panel should be handled with your internal compliance manager.
